And now, a black circle skirt...

And I know the lighting makes it impossible to see but here's a basically finished black circle skirt which I can wear to work. It's made of a cheap full size bed sheet purchased at a major retailer. Once it was all put together I realized it's too heavy for the single thin strip of elastic in the waist so I'll have to run out and buy some more before I can actually wear it to work. This was a lot easier than the last one though 😂 now I can return to crocheting and hopefully finish the red poncho before Christmas.

PS, all this work with multiple layers has me thinking I almost just need a petticoat, lol.

PPS, how do you like all the art in the background from my dear students? I bet they would be shocked if they found out I actually save all their work and display it at home. Or, maybe not. 4 year olds have a lot of faith in grown-ups.)
